Yummy Yummy Khova Kulfi.......


Ingredients:
Khova 100 gms
Milk 2 litres
Cashew 50 gms
Elachi powder 10 gms
Sugar 150 gms

Method:
1) Boil milk on a low flame till the quantity is reduced to half.
2) Mix the khova and sugar and continue to boil.
3) Add the cashew and elachi powder.
4) Keep stirring till the mixture becomes thick.
5) Cool and pour the mixture into kulfi moulds.
6) Poke a ice cream stick into the kulfi mould and keep in the freezer for 8 hours.
7) Take out from freezeer and decorate according to your taste using fruits or dry fruits.
8) Yummy Yummy khova kulfi is ready...........Enjoy...........
